We protect your privacy, ensure your payments are secure, let you know
what you have agreed to, tell you how to cancel orders, deliver goods
& services within agreed timescales, sort out problems regardless
of where you live (time limits apply) and offer children a safe environment whilst visiting

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. You can cancel any item from your order before delivery, provided that we have not yet begun to process it and any refunds due will be made back onto the card you used for payment. Please email us with your instructions and you will receive an e-mail confirming your cancellation. For cancellation of goods - seven working days after the day on which the goods are received. For cancellation of services - seven working days after the day on which you agreed to go ahead with the agreement. Returns - items purchased from First Bookshop direct, can be returned for full refund, within 30 days of purchase, with a sales receipt, providing that they are in mint condition. Sending items back to us is at your own cost and at your own risk. Claims - non delivery / loss claims must be registered within 30 days from ordering. To call the TOKEN HOUSE voucherline dial 01262 604828 which is open from 8am until 10pm seven days, or buy via the 'one click' secure form HERE - voucher orders placed before 4pm are dispatched same day; before 12noon weekends and bank holidays. After these times we send next morning. Ordering theatre tokens online or by telephone going to UK addresses incur NO FEES: all other sites make a charge over and above the face value of their vouchers, we do not - why pay for a UK delivery?
